He completed his Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from the prestigious Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru State Homeopathic Medical College, Kanpur, affiliated with Agra University. Further enhancing his expertise, he holds advanced certifications including DNHC (Diploma in Nutrition and Health Counseling) and FHPC (Fellowship in Homeopathic Pain Care), making him proficient in understanding complex chronic and lifestyle-related conditions.

Currently serving as a Medical Officer at GCHC, Lucknow, Dr. Pandey is also the Head of the Medical Research Wing at AMW Pvt. Ltd., where he actively contributes to the development and clinical evaluation of innovative natural and homeopathic therapies. His leadership extends beyond clinical excellence into research, education, and community service.
